I'd like the location and the room. Its clean and comfortable. The facilities are good and easily access to establishments. Can walk to Mongkok station.

Staff cannot communicate well. Been asking about some concern and literally cannot answered and just ignored just like no one was talking.

Not worth the money I spent

The daily cleaning staff was very helpful.

I was surprised with the price we paid for the room, I expected a bright and clean room. When we first stepped in the room, we saw some of the paint were pale off, a clear shoe marking on the carpet. We were very disappointed by the state of the room. To be fair, the room was clean, just didn't feel it worth the price we paid for. At the corridor, a smell of smoke was persistent. I am sure I booked a non-smoking room, maybe that's room only, not the floor? One evening, my son decided to visit the gym and swimming pool, but it was closed. He mentioned it was wrapping up by "maintenance" tape. Not sure if it was functional or not. Maybe it just existed to claimed the four star hotel rating. Other than that my family did not have chance to interact with any other staff.

Enjoyable stay

location is good, 10 minutes walk to nearest MTR station. Room is a little cramped for 3 guests. shuttle bus provided to Mongkok MTR station hourly but stop location at MTR station not so convenient.

Good

The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for the shower with good water pressure. Location was handy within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The jasmine tea provided in our room was very nice!

It could have been cleaner. Some parts of the room obviously hadn't been cleaned - e.g. the windows had greasy marks from where previous guests had evidently put their hands or faces against the glass.

Passable (Superior Room) — Enough to Make 21-Day Quarantine Not Complete Hell

- Decently spacious room (Superior Room) - Decent pillow selection; could ask housekeeping for specific type of pillow from choice of four - Sent packages/food deliveries up to room efficiently (more often than not), usually in 5-20 minutes - Clear quarantine instructions/guidelines; smooth check-in and responsive reception - Solid wifi speed of 70+mbps download and upload - Toilet water contained disinfectant Meh: - Food is passable, don't expect too much variety on the menu

- Minor stains and hairs on towels - Carpet could’ve been cleaner - Small luggage rack - USB charging station on bedside table didn't work - Furnishings could use a refresh

Nice quarantine experience

As a Quarantine hotel, it passed my test. Food is decent and acceptable, you always have two choices and you get some vegetables and fruits every day. Bring some spicy sauce so it doesn’t become boring. Internet is working! There is router under the desk (a mysteriously loud wifi router), but it works 98% of the time, even for conference calls. There is a chair and a kind of desk for work. Big plus: the window CAN be opened and you are allowed to by the hotel. We got mooncake for mid-autumn festival, and if you need something and call, the staff provides.

Room somewhat humid but you can dry it with AC.

Awesome

This hotel was first chosen because of its central location. Because of Covid-19, people coming back from overseas need to be quarantined for 21 days in Hong Kong. I would like a hotel with a good reputation and a central location. The staff are the best in this hotel. Within the quarantine period, supplies in terms of outside food (when you are tired of the hotel food) and other daily necessities are essential. The staff at the concierge are extremely helpful in that area. The best staff at the concierge is called Franco Yeung and he deserves a special mention. He and many staff there basically bend over backwards trying to accommodate for this huge demand. The concierge team deserves a huge round of applause!!

The hotel food can be a bit monotonous after a while.

Bed was very soft and comfortable. Good Housekeeping, Facilities are well provided. Bus top right outside the hotel as well.

Staff were nice. However, not much staff speak or understand English properly.
